Three disciplines, and the situations that call for them.
Executive management · Lean Excellence · Engaging leadership
Leadership when an organization needs it most, the operating discipline that makes performance repeatable, and the people capability to sustain both.
(Interim) Executive Management
There are moments in the life of every company when decisive leadership is needed: a sudden gap in top management, an ambitious growth plan that demands speed, or a transformation that requires both clear direction and consistent execution.
In such situations, I provide the leadership and structure that make the difference between standing still and unlocking the next level of performance.
Never just filling a seat
With Performance Management Advisors, I bring hands-on executive management experience built across international environments. My role is never just to “fill a seat” — it is to create immediate impact, stabilize what needs stabilizing, and accelerate what needs to move forward. I combine strategic insight with operational pragmatism, ensuring that decisions are not only well-founded but also executable in practice.
Working side by side
My approach goes beyond strategy and I work side by side with employees: training on the shop floor, repairing machines, or building digital tools myself. At the same time, I know when to bring in the right experts from my trusted network to address specific challenges and deliver the best possible results.
Creating the momentum of change
I understand how to create the momentum of change. In the beginning it can be uncomfortable — routines are questioned, established habits get disrupted. But with the right steps, clear communication, and active involvement, we turn that initial resistance into energy.
By engaging with people at all levels, building trust and motivation, finding allies within the organization, and drawing on their experience, I create the foundation for real progress. At the same time, I drive the discipline required to achieve ambitious goals. With Performance Management Advisors, I ensure that organizations not only navigate transitions successfully but also emerge stronger, more resilient, and ready for sustainable growth.
Lean Excellence
Sustainable performance doesn’t come from isolated initiatives — it comes from creating structures, processes, and habits that continuously improve how an organization works.
I support companies in building Lean Excellence across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and administration.
Methods that fit the organization
With Performance Management Advisors, I bring international experience in implementing Lean methods such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, and OEE in ways that truly fit the organization. Lean is not about “doing tools” — it is about creating the mindset, discipline, and culture that allow people to solve problems, remove waste, and deliver value more effectively.

Pit Stop to Excellence
Alongside ongoing support for teams, I also offer interactive workshops such as “Pit Stop to Excellence.” In these sessions, participants experience Lean principles in action — learning from the extreme efficiency of a Formula 1 pit stop to rethink and improve changeovers, production processes, and administrative workflows. The effect is immediate and memorable: everyone sees how small improvements, teamwork, and discipline can create breakthrough results.
I believe that every person in an organization should go through this experience at least once. It opens minds, helps people look beyond their daily routines, and inspires them to embrace process improvements with joy and creativity. Very often, these sessions bring hidden talents to the surface — employees who surprise themselves and others with ideas and initiative. They become drivers of improvement, taking ownership and pushing change forward with fresh energy.
Engaging Leadership
True performance comes from people. Strategies and processes may set the direction — but it is leaders and teams who make the difference in execution.
My passion is to empower individuals and organizations to grow, perform, and thrive by creating clarity, trust, and motivation.
Coaching and skills development
I support leaders and teams through coaching and skills development, helping them strengthen their leadership style, improve communication, and build confidence.
Competence analysis and development plans
A key part of my work is the competence analysis of employees, which provides the basis for targeted training and development plans. To ensure progress, I implement the right tools to track growth and establish a strong feedback culture that fosters accountability and continuous improvement.
Which of these is your situation?
A short call is usually the fastest way to find out whether I am the right person for it — and what the first steps would look like.
